Foss Waterway Seaport Wedding | Kylee + Paul

Kylee and Paul wed on a sunny April day at the historic Foss Waterway Seaport - one of the most unique venues I’ve seen. The seaport has exhibits showcasing maritime history in the Puget Sound, with gorgeous views of downtown Tacoma and the bay, and moonlights as a wedding and event venue. After a relaxed morning getting ready, we headed to nearby Point Defiance park for the first look and photos with friends and family. Some of my favorite moments of the day included Kylee’s first look with her son Colton, the flower girl and ring bearer heading down the wrong aisle during the ceremony and everyone trying to point them in the right direction (so cute, photos below!), Colton breaking out his silver fedora during the reception and showcasing his dance moves, the hilarious toasts, and of course all of my time with the couple and their guests (including two of my past clients who I adore). I’ve photographed many of Paul and Kylee’s friends and families before this wedding, and I’m convinced there’s not a nicer group of humans out there. Constantly pinching myself that this is real life and these are my clients. Kylee and Paul are an amazing couple, I’m so excited to see where their future takes them!
